Day of Caring
United Way of Boone County's Spring Day of Caring was a great success!
We planted a Community Garden, picked up trash at in Conservation areas, packed 200 hygene and cleaning kits, distributed food boxes to Blessing Boxes around Belvidere, put up a fence, painted at the Y, landscaped the the Baltic Mill, and moved our United Way office to its new home!
We are now planning for our Fall Day of Caring on September 30th. If you were/are unable to attend by would like to support these great community volunteer days, you can make a financial donation.
